Please Note: You must bring your own hair bundles and closure/frontal. Hair must be clean, freshly washed, and completely detangled. Additional fees will apply if extensive detangling or extra preparation is required.
Cancellation Policy
To CANCEL your appointment: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be non-refundable. To RESCHEDULE your appointment: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE, subject to availability on the Booking page. However, if you do not show up for your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
