Shipping Policy

Welcome to Chyls Beauty Company's Shipping Policy! Here, we aim to provide you with clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and associated costs. Our goal is to ensure transparency to build trust and loyalty among our customers. In this section, you will find details about our shipping process and how we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. We value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible.

Chyls Beauty Co. provides fast standard delivery to addresses domestically and internationally. We deliver to most countries and we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight, volume, and location (Domestic, or International). 

 

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days upon confirmation of payment. All orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

PLEASE NOTE: Lashes are handmade, so please allow for minimal lash discrepancies. As a result, that lashes are handmade, this does not constitute as a damaged or faulty item. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, be rest assured that your order is safely on its way and you may track its status online.

 

CANCELLING A TRANSACTION

If you have made an error with your purchase and you would like to cancel/change your order, you must notify Chyls Beauty Co. within 3 hours of your purchase. Please, note that we do not cancel a transaction because of change of mind.  

To initiate a transaction cancellation, please send email to support@chylsbeauty.com

Add the SUBJECT: Cancel Order and Invoice #0000.

The email must be sent within the specified timeframe. If our warehouse staff have already picked, packed and paid for your postage, then a cancel of transaction will no longer be accepted and completed because your package is already dispatched.

 

TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear the customs.

 

MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTERCARD Credit and Debit Cards, PAYPAL, AFTERPAY. and KLARNA Please, kindly visit paypal.com, afterpay.com, and klarna.com for more information about their payment gateways.

 

Chyls Beauty Co. does not accept payments via ATM, or Direct Bank Deposits.  

Return & Exchange Policy

At Chyls Beauty Company, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to guide you through the process in case you have had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product. We believe in providing a straightforward refund or exchange policy to ensure that you can shop with assurance.

Chylsbeauty.com DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS on our make-up and skin care products. We are committed to your satisfaction, so we ask you to take your time and choose your items properly. We kindly appeal for your understanding as this is our only way to offer high quality goods at such affordable cost.  We ask that you refer to our social media pages to ensure you are comfortable with our make-up and skin care products before purchasing the item(s).

In addition, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE/REFUNDS on our make-up and skin care products because of sanitary reasons. ChylsBeauty.com takes Health and Safety into serious consideration for the sake of all our customers.

EXCEPTIONS

In the event, if a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address that you have entered while purchasing the product, we do provide an option to resend the package to you after you have paid the reshipment fee. Also in this case, if you prefer a refund (instead of the package), we will credit your account less the initial shipping charges. And if we cannot get hold of the customer within ten (10) working days, the order will be cancelled and the cost of original postage will be deducted too before a refund is issued.

WE DO NOT OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. In the rare event that you have received a damaged/faulty item, we would always want to make it right! Please send us a photo and description of the damaged/faulty item along with the order details to support@chylsbeauty.com. The email SUBJECT: Damaged/Faulty Goods - Invoice #00000.

If you have received a damaged/faulty product we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the shipment, and you must provide original packaging. At Chyls Beauty Co., we take great care in packaging your items to minimize the possibility of damage in transit. Please, also note that because our products are so affordably priced, we do not have sales often and our sales are always for a very limited time - sales prices are only for the stated sale time. To help you determine how to take advantage of sales, please follow our social media channels for updates. And please bear in mind that we generally have a sale for EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas, and any other special occasion as per Chyls Beauty Co. discretion.

 

Faulty Goods & Product Warranty Information:

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately via email at support@chylsbeauty.com.

Please ensure you keep your receipt/tax invoice for claims under Warranty for Electrical items (see below for Product Warranty information). Product Warranties for Electrical items are 12 months from date of purchase, and are held by the Manufacturer. Product Warranties are therefore dependent upon the Manufacturers conditions being met. Returning the item to us will be at your expense. Chyls Beauty will cover all costs involved in shipping your item to the Manufacturer for testing, repair or replacement while under the Warranty period.

1. $24.50 Flat Rate Shipping for QLD & NSW 

Approximate delivery time: 5 - 7 Business Days (shipped from Brisbane QLD, please allow longer for interstate, rural and remote areas).

2. $24.50 Flat Rate Shipping for VIC, WA, NT, SA & TAS Approximate delivery time: 7- 10 Business Days (shipped from Brisbane QLD, please allow longer for rural and remote areas).

3.  QLD & NSW FREE Shipping, courier delivery on all orders $150.00 or more. All Other States & Territories, courier delivery on all orders $200.00 or more. Approximate delivery time: 5 - 10 Business Days (shipped from Brisbane QLD, please allow longer for interstate/rural/remote areas).

4. FREE In-Salon Pickup (click and collect) Timing: Orders will be ready for pickup on notification within 3 - 5 Business Days. Please note that we will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

Please Note: The above delivery timeframes are a Guide Only.  In the event that your order item is delayed for any reason, our customer service team will be in touch via email or phone to discuss options.

Chyls Beauty Co. will take every possible precaution to ensure that goods are dispatched & arrive to you in perfect condition.

Please Note: All Courier dispatched parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at the Delivery Address when your parcel arrives, the Courier will leave contact details for you to arrange re-delivery at a later time/day. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the timeframes stated above, please do not hesitate to give us a call, and one of our friendly team members will be happy to track your parcel and keep you informed of its estimated time/day of arrival.

30 DAYS RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and the product is in original unopened condition, we will happily accept your return within 30 days of purchase, and issue you with a refund. Just email our friendly customer service team at support@chylsbeauty.com. Your refund will be processed once returned goods are received.

30 Days Returns Policy Terms & Conditions:

  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before returning goods to us.

  • 30 Day Policy starts from the date the goods were ordered.

  • Return postage/delivery is at the expense of the customer.

  • Product must be returned and arrive back to us in original new condition, including unopened packaging and contents.

  • On receipt of your returned goods, the items will be inspected to ensure the above conditions are met for a credit to be issued. If goods are found to be damaged, opened or not in resalable condition, goods will be re-sent to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
