Booking Notice: Minimum 24 hours required. Please call for urgent bookings. To ensure we don't take too much time away from your special occasion, we typically specialise in either Group Hair or Group Makeup, rather than both. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing a deposit or confirming your booking.
Cancellation Policy
To CANCEL your appointment: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be non-refundable. To RESCHEDULE your appointment: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE, subject to availability on the Booking page. However, if you do not show up for your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
