Service Description

Booking Notice: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. For urgent bookings outside of this timeframe, please call us directly. We offer Wig Revamping & Re-customisation services to bring your existing hair back to life. How It Works: You can either drop off your wig in person or ship it directly to us. Service Includes: Deep shampooing and conditioning Customised styling of your choice Optional: Closure/lace replacement for damaged items (available at an additional cost, to be discussed prior to drop-off/shipping)

Cancellation Policy

To CANCEL your appointment: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be non-refundable. To RESCHEDULE your appointment: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE, subject to availability on the Booking page. However, if you do not show up for your rescheduled appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
